New: Custom Branding for Your Booking Pages and Emails
Custom Branding
Your booking page is often the first touchpoint a client has with your business. Until now, PRO users got a clean experience with SwiftCal branding removed — but you couldn't replace it with your own branding.
Today, that changes. PRO users can now fully customize their booking pages and emails with their own brand identity.
What You Can Customize
Head to the new Branding page in your dashboard. You'll find controls for:
- Brand name — Replaces "SwiftCal" in your booking page header and email notifications
- Logo — Upload your logo (PNG, SVG, or WebP, up to 200KB) and it appears on your booking pages and in email headers
- Primary color — Your main brand color, used for buttons, links, and accents
- Secondary color — An optional accent color for additional styling
- Font — Choose from 10 curated Google Fonts to match your brand's typography
All changes preview in real-time before you save, including both light and dark mode variants.
How It Works Across Plans
SwiftCal has a three-tier branding hierarchy:
- FREE plan: SwiftCal branding everywhere — header logo and "Powered by SwiftCal" footer
- PRO plan (no custom branding set): Clean — no SwiftCal branding at all, no "Powered by" footer
- PRO plan (custom branding set): Your own brand name, logo, and colors on booking pages and in emails
If you're already on PRO, your booking pages are already clean. Custom branding takes it a step further by making them feel like your product.
Booking Page Branding
When a guest visits your booking page, they'll see:
- Your logo or brand name in the event info sidebar
- Your primary color on the booking button, selected time slots, and accent elements
- Your font applied across all text on the page
- Dark mode automatically derives appropriate color variants from your chosen colors — no extra configuration needed
Email Branding
All email notifications — booking confirmations, cancellations, and reschedule notices — now use your branding:
- Your logo or brand name appears as the email header (replacing the SwiftCal logo)
- Your primary color is used for buttons and links
- The "Powered by SwiftCal" footer is hidden for PRO users
Note: Custom fonts don't apply in emails (this is an industry-wide limitation with email clients), but your colors and logo work everywhere.
Live Preview
The branding page includes a live preview that shows exactly how your booking page will look. As you adjust colors, upload a logo, or change the font, the preview updates instantly — including dark mode.
This means you can experiment freely before saving.
Setting It Up
- Go to Branding in your dashboard sidebar
- Enter your brand name and/or upload your logo
- Pick your primary color (and optionally a secondary color)
- Choose a font from the dropdown
- Check the live preview (both light and dark mode)
- Click Save Changes
That's it. Your next booking page visit and all future emails will use your branding.
